At Vineyard, whether here in the shadow of MSU, or another location around the globe, we
believe in "real". Authenticity is one of our highest values—we believe it’s what Jesus modeled
and calls us to. To be real is to acknowledge that life is wild and beautiful and life is hard and
complicated. Sometimes we’re doing well; sometimes we’re wounded, and sometimes we wound others. To be a Christian is not to be perfect, it is to trust that, despite our imperfections, God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit created, loves, corrects, forgives, and lives with and through us.

Worshiping God is a way of putting ourselves and our problems in proper perspective. Do you long to see life more clearly? To have a framework for decision-making that isn’t all about keeping you, or others happy? Worshiping God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit—the Triune God—helps us get a bigger picture of REAL life. We leave humbled, changed, renewed and ready to engage in our families, jobs, studies, friendships, and the rest of the world on a better level. Come and see for yourself.
Some people try to live the Christian life alone, and we don't have to. Studies say that loneliness and lack of sleep are two of our biggest problems in America. Coming back into REAL relationship unfiltered by phones, tablets, games, social media, or the entertainment industry can be a shock. Yet there is such freedom to just come as you are and be known. We are a small group of travelers, learning together how worship and community heal the human soul.
